We offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original packaging. Electronics must be in like-new condition with all accessories and manuals included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select 'Return Item' next to your order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the device in its original manufacturer box and secure it inside a shipping carton with protective padding.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and attach it clearly to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the device. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
